Chef Tony has been cooking privately for elite clients in Hawaii for 20 years.
He also has run and managed many restaurants and worked under world-renowned Chef’s.
His style of cooking reflects the fresh and vibrant foods of Hawaii while blending international fusion with Italian, French and Asian style dishes.
Chef Tony’s motivation for becoming a cook started at a young age when he noticed his father enjoyed cooking for friends and family and hearing how everyone loved his father’s cooking. Tony even worked as a dishwasher in a lounge while his dad was bartending at the young age of 10. Working in the kitchen with the cooks made him realize his love for food and passion for creativity and flavors.
Chef Tony started his cooking career in Hawaii by running and managing a very busy local style fish market in the small town of Hanalei. From there he moved to train with the top sushi chefs in the state and found a love for Asian cuisine and fusion sushi. After working in that genre for 10 years he made a career move to enhance his cooking repertoire and trained under a French-style chef. He has also worked side-by-side with one of the most elite private chefs and restaurant owners in the world.
Since then, Chef Tony and his staff have cooked for many large weddings and an exceptional amount of elite private dinners. Always preparing some of the most vibrant, creative and flavorful meals to serve the highest level of elite clientele in the world.
He deeply enjoys his work and believes that the amount of love one puts into his food is incomparable. He cooks from his heart and enjoys being in the presence of his clients as well as having a positive outlook on life.
There is no client base that is too small or large as he enjoys all walks of life. Whether he is cooking for 1 or 100, he is happy to do his best and always has fun while doing it.
