I am a professional Chef with close to 15 years in the industry.

I studied at The International Hotel School in Westville, Durban in 2008.

From my first job I was an executive chef, purely from the skill and commitment shown straight out of Hotel School.

I went to open up my own catering company which I specialized in private chef experience and corporate Catering.

I'm passionate about food and guest experience and my true love is being out there cooking up a storm and making people happy!
