Starting my professional career at The Savoy Hotel London, I then spent 2 years working the 5 star safari circuit in East Africa, returning to England to take up a position at Cliveden & then moving to The Waldorf Hotel Lodon as Head Chef. I then spent 5 years in Thailand & moved to Spain 10 years ago..

Since moving to Spain I have led the kitchens of restaurants such as Le Dauphin in El Portet, Nox in Javea, Le Soleil in Moraira & Oceana Club in Calpe.

I decided to broaden my horizons by moving from restaurants & into the private sector, thus enabling me to be more creative with menu design & dish development.
