have 30 years of experience as a chef, ranging from European cooking to oriental and American

cuisine. I have worked in many locations of the world from Hong Kong to France to private yachts. I

was a chef/co-owner of a restaurant on the island of St Martin. The cuisine of my restaurant was

contemporary French. I also have experience on cruise ships as head chef overseeing 85 galley staff

and serving 12.000 quality meals daily

Since the booking, Michael has been really proactive and kind of our requirements. The proposed menu was already really nice and he adapted it according to our wishes. In the evening, he was really punctual and easy to adapt himself to our program. I recommand him without doubt !

Michael was a very nice person. Communication was easy and he arrived exactly in time. He was very patient and flexible in how 'fast' we wanted to have the courses served. Michael served us the courses, took the empty plates of the table and cleaned everything up after. On my request he brought some nice plates to make our night extra special. Last but not least: "The food was realy good"! Michael thanks a lot for this dinner!

Michael has been an amazing chef and surprised with a great Latin American menu. He is also very caring and pays attention to detail. The quality of the food was beyond! I would definitely hire him again!

Chef Michael was really personable and very good company. His cooking was excellent and my family thoroughly enjoyed the menu that was prepared for us. Our 3 year old Son ate everything and said just how nice his dinner was too. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we will definately be booking him again for later in the Year. Chef Michael Patterson created a lovely dinner for us. He communicated with us prior to the scheduled meal, was punctual and prepared. The dishes were very well balanced, appealing to the eye, and delicious. The portions of each course were also well-balanced, so at the end we were full but not uncomfortably so. We definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an elegant and enjoyable meal.
