Colombian Chef graduated in the city of Bogotá As a Chef, my experience is based on the traditional cuisine of South America, I love to capture local flavors in my dishes, I am Latin I like Caribbean flavors, fish, rice, meats with flavors marked are my specialty, I am also fascinated by fast food with my artisanal touch. My mother was my great mentor and thanks to her I reflect home flavors in my food that transport me to memorable family moments.
