Professional chef with experience in Asian and Western cuisines. Worked at The Westin , Fairmont Hotel, Sabor ,Hilton Hotel and resorts and have done VIP events.Recently worked as an Executive Chef in Ampersand 27.

• Dedicated chef with experience grilling meats, creating salads in fine dining and high end bars.

• Worked in a Michelin star restaurant ( le cirque). Skilled in using fresh ingredients sourced from nearby vendors and creating new recipes to incorporate fresh, local items. Ability to creating new dishes based on the dietary needs, preferences and restrictions of diners.

• Also won two gold medal in culinary competition which is affiliated with world association of chef’s society.
