Proper procedures used with outstanding produce are equally crucial in delivering unforgettable dining experiences; neither is more so than the other. The difficulty for any restaurant is having to cook everything from scratch all the time. This is why chefs excel when cooking for smaller groups, particularly a small group of diners in a homely or secluded setting. Chefs may successfully deliver what customers desire, a memorable dining experience, by using artisanal (that is, hand created) skills to transform exceptional produce and engaging clients personally, face-to-face to understand their needs, wants, and overall story. Knowing who is cooking your food is just as important as knowing where it comes from.
These are the values I uphold with every culinary session and interaction with a customer. I can instantly feel more at home when I can personally meet, greet, and serve my customers while watching their reactions.
