For the past decade, I have been crafting delicious and nourishing meals as a professional chef in fine-dining restaurants. My specialty lies in creating exquisite fusion cuisine and developing sophisticated menus from a variety of spectrums.

Grounded in my own craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients, I have prepared everything from A le Carete dishes to buffets. I have mastered Vegan/Veggie, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, South and Central American, Mexican, Post-Soviet, and other cuisines. I also enjoy the creative challenge of improvising and inventing new dishes, such as my signature Vegan Sushi, Vegan Tajine, Marinate Rotebette with Avocado Mousse, and many others.
