Hi, I'm a chef with 15 years of experience, trained at the Pommarine Hospitality Institute. Disciplined and focused, my goal is to challenge the boundaries of food and hopefully, to get to a place where it can be done internationally. I'm always thinking about innovative ways to bring food to the forefront of the table.

The prestigious Hotel Pommarine through the Barbados Community College along with some closely guarded advice from a tutor and my grandmother.
