I am a yacht chef currently based in the BVI and USVI during the winter season. I have 7 years experience on sailing yachts all over the Caribbean. I am born and raised in St. Thomas and to bring the flavors and vibe of the Caribbean with me where ever I go. I love shopping local and creating fresh and vibrant dishes.
