I am a seasoned culinary professional with 20+ years of international experience, currently based in Asturias, Spain. Trained and mentored by chefs from Michelin‑starred kitchens across Europe, served as a head chef for over 8 years. My developing deep expertise in restaurant operations, management, menu development, staff training, and banqueting.
My cuisine is rooted in Classical French technique, refined into a Modern style with a delicate Asian influence. My menus emphasize balance, restraint, and a clear progression of taste and texture, pairing refined technique and clean flavor lines with thoughtful sourcing and precise cookery so dishes both photograph beautifully and perform reliably in service.
