I was born and studied in Argentina and then made a career abroad. With almost 15 years of experience cooking in Michelin kitchens and within the 50 best Restaurants. I have been to kitchens in Brazil, Spain and Mexico and United States. Just came from work in the only 3 michelin star vegan restaurant in the world Eleven Madison Park in New York city. My dedication to the kitchen is absolute. I hope that one day, everyone will be able to try my food.
