My name is Thomas Snijders, I like to cook pure and clean. I Focus on the product. A strong identity of its own.

I am a self-taught cook who learned to cook through various voluntary internships at home and abroad. (Barcelona: El buli. Tickets) (Copenhagen: Relae, Manfreds) (France: Maison Bru) (Netherlands: pure c) In the meantime, I have had my restaurant (Lewis) in Antwerp and Bar raket for 15 years. I am very passionate and everything is a challenge to make a beautiful plate with as little product as possible.
