Il n'y a pas une cuisine que je ne cuisine pas, j'aime découvrir et mélanger les saveurs du monde. Mes recettes sont toujours très originales.
My name is Rouba, I am a private Chef since a year now. I accomplished my culinary arts studies in one of the most prestigious schools in the world "Institut Paul Bocuse" in Lyon, France. After working along the world's best Chefs (Alain Ducasse, Mauro Colagreco, Guy Savoy, etc...) I finally decided to launch a startup called Just Cereal and now work as a private Chef in my free time.
I travel between Paris, The French Riviera, London and Dubai for my business.
I am always so delighted to meet new clients in every city I travel to and still be able to share my passion for food.
Being French and Lebanese, my cooking style is refined but yet very generous, and full of different and atypical flavours!

We had dietary requirements and this was not a problem for her at all. She included everyone and the coeliacs/vegans did not feel like they had missed out at all.

Chef Rouba made us several incredible breakfasts including both transitional French and Lebanese. Each was unique and delicious. Rouba was also very friendly, took fantastic care of the kitchen and made our experience wonderful.
