In 20 years of working in restaurants and private catering, I have also the opportunity to work with high-ranking Michelin Star Restaurant.

In my experience I learnt from one of the best chefs in Italy, Switzerland and England.

Born in Lecco in Northern Italy.

From an early age together with my brother Stefano, I worked in high-class restaurants, gaining knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine.

Over the years, I got to know the kitchen from all sides, from cooking to management, from home and simple to sophisticated kitchen.

Privately, I love to travel where I always try new dishes in small family restaurants and thanks to that my kitchen is full of new ideas.
