I am a 40 yr old qualified and experienced chef with many years living in Spain and head chef of many well known and highly respected restaurants also in London , Sydney, Cornwall and Brighton. , I have won local and national awards as head chef of establishments and live and breath quality produce. Happy to bespoke any dinner party and guarantee quality and professionalism. Spanish would always take an influence in my preference yet I have extensive experience in italian, and oriental cooking too, as well as the best of British .
