I really love to eat!
My name is Jolanda Vitaljić.
I am Dalmatian, born and bred, raised on fresh sardines and leafy greens.
I fled motherland to study philosophy at the University of Zagreb.
After a deep and meaningful affair with Kant I realized there was no bread to be earned in philosophy (and I really love bread) so I went back to the island of Vis, where I had spent my childhood and learned how to clean fish.
There I started my adventures in professional cooking, it was 19 years ago. Last 8 years I run the kitchen of one of Split's premier Dalmatian restaurants. It's time for something new!
