Food for me isn't only food, it's love and passion
My journey in the kitchen started over 20 years ago where I fell in love with using locally grown produce that at first glance were seemingly boring, and creating dishes that spark a joy in the people that eat them. A few notable moments in my culinary journey are a semifinals placement at Masterchef, and a two week personal chef treatment for the Dutch and the Royal family of Luxembourg.I always prefered cooking in more private arrangement (holiday homes, villas, boats and private yachts) where I could understand ehat people wanted, and with the use of my creativity and imagination fullfiling, and often surpassing their expectations.
What truly bring me joy is watching people enjoy the food that I've cooked for the heart.
