I am a dedicated and accomplished culinarian with a strong background in the hospitality industry. With a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences, I have had the privilege of working with renowned restaurants and hotel groups such as Gramercy Tavern, Altro Paradiso, Hilton, Taj, and Hyatt. Graduating from The Culinary Institute of America with a major in Culinary Arts and holding a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, I have honed my expertise in both culinary arts and hotel management.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse culinary environments, including high-end hotels and resorts. These experiences have allowed me to showcase my creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure while consistently delivering top-notch culinary experiences. My time at Gramercy Tavern, Altro Paradiso Hilton, Taj, and Hyatt has shaped my leadership skills and my ability to collaborate with teams to achieve common goals.

As an author, I have written two books that are Saffron Saffairs Unearthing the Majestic Flavours of India's Royal Kitchens" and The Culinary Epic of Jeddah: Tale of an Arabian Gateway," a captivating book that explores the rich culinary heritage of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Through meticulous research and personal experiences, I have highlighted the unique flavors, traditional dishes, and cultural significance of the cuisine.

In addition, I am the host of the popular podcast show "Bite in with Bawarchi," where I delve into the world of food, culinary trends, and industry insights. Through engaging interviews with renowned chefs, restaurateurs, and experts, I provide valuable perspectives and inspire fellow food enthusiasts.
