More than thirty years of experience in Mexican and International cuisines, have trained and worked in Canada.
Studied and worked in Switzerland for more than 20 years, where I also trained as a baker at the professional school of Montreux, at Clarens site.
I am very taste oriented and like to satisfy my clients needs in what gastronomy concerns, either in a nice dinner gastronomic experience or being able to pass my knowledge to trainees, professional or private.
