I am a cook with more than 10 years of experience, I studied gastronomy and at the same time I started working in important restaurants in the Puerto Vallarta area, work inside Chef Thierry Blouet's restaurants such as Thierry's Prime steak House and Cafe des artiste del mar. I was fortunate to have a cooking sample by the president of the French culinary academy the chef, Gérald Dupont.
Later I moved to Playa del Carmen where I learned new techniques and the opportunity to travel and discover new dishes, never stop learning.
Soy cocinero con más de 10 años de experencia, estudie la carrera de gastronomía y al mismo tiempo empecé a trabajar en restaurantes importantes en el área de Puerto Vallarta, labore dentro de los restaurantes del Chef Thierry Blouet cómo Thierry's Prime steak House y Cafe des artiste del mar. Tuve la fortuna tener una muestra de cocina de la mano del presidente de la academia culinaria de Francia el chef, Gérald Dupont.
Años más tarde me traslade a Playa del Carmen donde aprendí nuevas técnicas y la oportunidad de viajar y conocer nuevas cocinas. Nunca se deja de aprender.
