I am a professional chef with almost 11 years of experience in South East Asian Cui- sine, Western and Mediterranean Cuisine as well as in Mexican and French Cuisine.
My journey to becoming a chef started after I finished my basic culinary vocational course in the Philippines. I initially worked as an assistant cook and eventually became an executive chef through my years of
experience in different countries like UAE, Seychelles Island, some parts of Asia like Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. I have also cruised around South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and some parts of Italy as part of my job. When I was an executive chef in Puerto Galera, Philippines I was able to share my knowledge with young aspiring chefs and have showcased my creative expertise in
the hotel’s menu. Currently, I’m working as a chef in a private sailing yacht where I am in charge of provisioning, stocking, budgeting, and cooking international cuisine and French cuisine.
