The real purpose to strive toward perfection is to make people happy; it's what cooking is all about

Growing up in Europe I learned to appreciate how pure ingredients can be. We grew all of our fruits and vegetables, raised our animals and from an early age, I learned preparing the best ingredients in the simplest ways can sometimes give us the most delicious meals. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I was fortunate the learn under some of the most talented and inspiring chefs in the country. My philosophy of respecting each ingredient still echoes my early years; and using classic techniques I can prepare food into something truly unique.

Andrea was a joy to have in our home and we appreciated her level of expertise. It was a wonderful experience!

Overall the experience was wonderful, Andrea was very pleasant and the dinner she prepared was very good. There was definitely way to much rice/grains overall, in the meal itself and then there was some in the salad and dessert as well. She cleaned the kitchen thoroughly which was wonderful, she did place the leftovers in the fridge however, we didn't realize until the next day that everything was placed in 2 open containers without covers so we had to throw everything out which was a bit disappointing. She was late arriving due to traffic/weather, but we were updated on that immediately which was very much appreciated!
