The real purpose to strive toward perfection is to make people happy; it's what cooking is all about

Growing up in Europe I learned to appreciate how pure ingredients can be. We grew all of our fruits and vegetables, raised our animals and from an early age, I learned preparing the best ingredients in the simplest ways can sometimes give us the most delicious meals. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I was fortunate the learn under some of the most talented and inspiring chefs in the country. My philosophy of respecting each ingredient still echoes my early years; and using classic techniques I can prepare food into something truly unique.
