Private Chef In Los AngelesBorn and raised in Hawai'i. I intend to hone this craft for a lifetime. I have always been interested in human connection and actually started off studying psychology in university. After realizing how powerful food is as a medium between people, I shifted directions. I started training in culinary school, working in a tasting menu restaurant, and fell in love with the craft. After some time I decided to move to Los Angeles to gain more culinary perspective. I worked two years in the city at which point I was able to win a competition by World’s50Best. The prize for this competition allowed me the privilege to work in some of the world's best restaurants. Along side this opportunity, I went to Mexico, Denmark, and India to do various explorations and stages of my own accord.
