Chef Gabby Jay's food is rooted in primal cooking techniques combined with modern ideas and food ideas & cuisines from people of the past.
I am a professional chef with 16 years of experience. At Johnson & Wales University, I earned my Bachelors in Culinary Arts Food Service Mgmt. After graduating, I’ve worked in different avenues throughout the field, as in country clubs, US Open, Masters Tournament, chain restaurants, etc. I’ve attained positions as back of the house employee or baker, to Associate Manager positions, but the position of “Owner” or “Entrepreneur”, has been my favorite. I love the freedom to create, opportunities granted in order to thrive, and most importantly feed the hearts, minds and stomachs of clients in the DMV, Delaware, New York, North Carolina, Atlanta, Florida, France and anywhere else my clients have needed me! It’s truly a pleasure to be of service to others who appreciate the work you put in to give them the best experience!
