I source ingredients from LA farmers markets and trusted local vendors, and I work with the same precision and attention to detail in your kitchen as I would in any fine dining environment.

Chef Hamlet was great. He prepared a full day of meals for me, from breakfast all the way through dinner. He even made a complimentary elixir, labeled everything, stocked the fridge, and cleaned up the kitchen before leaving. The food was healthy, delicious, and exactly what I asked for. You can tell he really cares about what he does and pays attention to the details. Definitely hiring him again next time I'm back in Los Angeles.

Chef Hamlet helped recreate my wedding menu for an anniversary surprise dinner for my husband. He followed the proposed menu perfectly, while still adding his own touch to make for a very delicious and very special dinner for my family.

Chef Hamlet was amazing and the food was incredible! We booked him to celebrate Mother's Day, and he did NOT disappoint. All of the ingredients were very fresh, organic, and straight from the farmers' market. Everything was ready right on time and at the end we were so full we could barely breath. As we were eating, he was already cleaning up the kitchen and wiping down everything, and had our kitchen looking better than before he arrived. Would 1000% book again.

We loved having chef hamlet! He is awesome and food was incredible. It was a perfect night. We will absolutely hire him again.
