As an aspiring professional chef with over 12 years of experience cooking with a Vietnamese background, I find joy in crafting fusion cuisine that blends French, Vietnamese, American, Korean, and Japanese cooking techniques. Though I briefly attended culinary school, my passion for exploring different cultures led me to pursue traveling, particularly throughout Southeast Asia, where I continuously discover new dishes and flavors to incorporate into my culinary creations. Now, as the owner of my own business specializing in Japanese rice balls, I am dedicated to sharing my love for diverse flavors and innovative cooking with others.
