I have been a professional chef in the culinary industry for over 8 years.

Hailing from Chicago, Illinois all the way to Detroit, Michigan and it’s surrounding cities. I began my culinary career humbly, in a bar, making quick eats and catering my own meals in my spare time.

Knowing that I had a growing passion for the culinary world and enjoying the aspect of making a crowd happy and well fed I wanted to challenge myself to learn more complex cuisines.

I was afforded the opportunity to learn in a scratch kitchen with a vast menu where the restaurant itself was considered American, upscale casual, but payed homage to other cultures as well.

From that point I would obtain multiple jobs as a line cook at once. I was a vessel in a sense for multiple chefs and cooked around the clock while I watched and learned everyday.

I am well versed in American, Italian, French, and Japanese cuisine. A Pastaiolo, Pizzaiolo, Rotisseur, Grill Master, and Saucier.

I strive to master more in this culinary world as I deliver amazing food, experiences, and services like none other.

Intimate dinners, small dinner parties, upscale fine dining are my specialties. I also specialize in vegetarian cuisines, gluten free, and dairy free dishes. I can prepare vegan meals but full disclosure it is not my focus or specialty so I have few menu items. I am also available for meal prep, whether that is a wide range of cuisines for a busy professional or family or a meal plan set for dietary restrictions (health based) or weight gain/loss I can get you into a calorie deficit and prepare delicious meals to make dieting more enjoyable!

Not all of my menus are uploaded, they are very custom to each customer. We will discuss in detail your favorites, your plan and your budget for the best experience!
