Cooking has always been a passion for me. I have loved how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. I have experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. My main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. I’ve had a lot of focus on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally and still use those fundamentals in my cooking today. Always looking for new ways to inspire and intrigue you with food. With over 18 years experience and knowledge in many cuisines, I'm confident we can create a menu that you'll love.
