Food is needed for life, delicious food is by choice.

I am an executive chef with over 35 years of time in restaurant kitchens. Starting out in the diners of PA moving to Italian, French, Greek, Latin and American cuisine. Cooking with Japanese Kobe beef, fresh seafood and homemade pastas. Seafood is still my favorite to prepare however desserts are an enjoyable pastime.

Each season brings opportunity to showcase a variety of flavors. I am always looking for the next chance to challenge my self and please the tastebuds of those I serve.
