He has 35 years' experience in Japanese restaurants and sushi restaurants   in Japan.

Japanese cuisine is characteristic by being very healthy yet delicious. He is still the owner-chef of a Japanese restaurant in Japan. Catering in New York only in summer.

Executive Chef 『 TAKA 』has been cooking professionally for over 35 years.

Beginning with Sapporo Hokkaido Japan in the late1980, followed by Kyoto Japan.

In 2000, he became a sous chef at the hotel.

In 2005, he became the owner-chef.

As of 2022, he is the owner-chef and executive chef of two restaurant

『 TAKA 』 has classically trained with some of the best chefs in Japanese cuisine with some influence as well.
