I am a professional chef with 25 years experience as a chef. I was born in Dayton, OH but I have traveled my entire life all over the country. This not only taught me how to be open to culture but to be curious about where it all began, as well as what the traditions around the cuisine are. What I came to find was the simplest answer, Love. They all involve love, community, and peace. That is why I keep moving forward with my craft, i'm forever learning. I love being able to share what I've learned to others, it gives me goosebumps when i see their eyes light up.
