I have been working for 20 years as a professional chef. My love for cooking began at home, learning from my parents. By age 10 I knew that creating new dishes and maintaining the consistency and culture of my families dishes would be a life long passion. I was born and raised in Istanbul, and graduated from culinary school there. I moved United States in 2010, where I began my American chef journey in New Orleans. I’ve developed my menu and flavors by blending my Turkish roots with the incredibly diverse flavors found in New Orleans. My love and passion for cooking continues to grow and I am most fulfilled when others enjoy my food.
