Get to know me better

The Queen of Flavour. I've earned the title through locals in Ballito North Coast areas in KZN.

I'm a Fusion Chef who was trained as a Classical French Cuisine Chefette. I completed my College at The Capital Hotel School in Pretoria 2 years full time in 2008. I also love food and wine paring as I have completed a Course in Cape Wine Academy the same year at the same Institution. I performed live cooking for the Haenertsburg food, beer and wine Festival in 2016 along with a Wine Somelier , Amanda Smit from Safari Wines, this show cased the launch of the new menu for Magoebaskloof Hotel. All the locals were entertained, coming back to the hotel for dinner bookings. I then travelled to Durban and did some Meal Preps for health concious clients in high end areas such as Balito and Umhlanga. I've worked at Ushaka and cooked for the Chaine des Rotisserie. In 2019 was my big break to work on a Yacht as a Chef de Cuisine along with a crew who had mutual friends and clients with me in Ballito- I was recommended to work sailing in the Maldives cooking French classical dishes with a Caribbean twist. I leveled up to being a butler and mixologist and a culinary wizz during Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner. I then landed up in Cape Town through an American recruiter and I consulted for Maaya Capetown owned by 3 business owners. It was my next level gastronomy cooking which I gave birth to- it was a Japanese Brazilian Peruvian Fusion restuarant - that being said... Maaya Capetown will always be my first love project in the Culinary Industry. I look forward to giving my new clients the same culinary trip I've been on. With love laughter tears of Joy and gratitude for the experience I would leave everyone with.

My mother told me I was found with a pot of water on the floor filling it with spices at the age of 2 years old.

A cooking secret...

Taste with the aroma. Rest isn't a secret, I just can't explain it. You'll have to cook with me one day.
