i am passinate about cooking and i am critical but stable

I am a professional chef with over seven years of experience in the culinary industry. I completed my culinary training at Infinity Culinary Training and later earned my diploma from the South African Chefs Academy.

I began my professional career at the Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel, where I spent four years as a trainee, gaining experience across all kitchen sections. Following the impact of COVID-19, I transitioned to the Hyatt Regency Cape Town, where I worked as a Demi Chef. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I later relocated to Johannesburg, continuing to build my culinary career.
