I am a Vegan, passionate about cooking and the environment.Strive for perfection and constantly trying to improve my skills.

I have 9 years of experience in the industry. I've worked on some of the most famous cruise ships in the world from Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary ll and Island Princess.

My chef career started back in 2011 at the Protea Hotel Vineyards Estate and that's where I started cooking more professionally.

My passion for cooking started in my mother's kitchen.

For the past couple of year I've been learning alot about Veganism. And I've become a Vegan myself. And this is something I'm most passionate about and really hoping I can introduce some meat eaters to what Vegans eat. The food is awesome!!!
