I am a professional chef with almost 20 years experience in various kitchens.
My domain is Asian fusion and sushi, although im proficient in Italian and Croatian cusine and I dabble in Mexican and French.
For the past 9 years I have worked under and with best sushi chefs Croatia can offer in first Asian fusion restaurant in Croatia. In the last 2 years I'm consulting and opening an Asian fusion restaurant chain Matsu.
My preferred style is omakase, client states their wishes and i try to indulge them.
