Meet Ana and Carina, two chefs whose love for Portuguese cuisine transcends the simple act of cooking, becoming an emotional journey through time.

For Ana and Carina, each dish is filled with the rich colors and flavors of Portuguese tradition. Each ingredient is more than just an addition to the recipe - it's a link to the past, a connection to the generations that came before them. Carina left everything behind and pursued her dream of becoming a chef.

After a few years of a career in digital marketing and absorbing books and cooking programs, she decided to follow his passion and took a professional cooking and pastry course. She grew up in the middle of cooking and pastry, through his mother, a chef, and his father, a pastry shop owner, from an early age she remembers the smell of freshly baked cakes or the services that his mother provided, while playing with his brother in the restaurant of your parents.

What she likes to do most is teach others how to cook and share the history of traditional Portuguese food, which is why she found her dream job!

Ana grew up in a region of Portugal where food symbolizes family, love, and celebration. Passionate about cooking, she was always surrounded by strong women who prepared comfort food with the finest ingredients. With her grandmother and mother as role models, the act of cooking was a constant in her life. Later on, she would pursue another passion: people and public interaction. She worked in commercial departments and in the Marketing Department at ACPP (Professional Cooks Association of Portugal), where she was encouraged to undergo training in cooking, pastry, and bakery.

This new experience would turn out to be the perfect recipe to combine what makes her happiest: people and food.
