With over 10 years of experience in high-end restaurant kitchens in Greece and abroad Scorpios Mykonos, 180 sunset Mykonos and the OKTO restaurant in Saudi Arabia where I am currently the head chef of the kitchen, presenting comfort food of Greek origin with signs of oriental influence. The knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine have shaped my culinary character and my cooking philosophy, I put a lot of emphasis on the raw material, on the immediacy, the taste and the aromas that the fresh ingredients give.
