My name is jean, French chef originally from the south of France, after working in Paris for almost 12 years in Michelin stars restaurant along chef duxasse, chef Piege, chef Roth, I have been in dubai for almost 3 year as chef de cuisine at rockfish restaurant. Awarded chef of the year by Forbes under 30 Middle East I would love to share my passion for products, my passion for sharing emotions around a table.
