I am 26 years old, relocating from London UK to Sydney Australia. I am in the process of transitioning from Finance into Hospitality. I have c.5 years experience in Investment Banking which was an incredibly valuable experience however I am ready now to move into an industry / area I am far more passionate about and giving it my best shot at making it work! I've always enjoyed cooking and had a huge love for food. I'm also into my fitness / love being active and amongst the outdoors - I always need my daily dosage of exercise! I also love the sunshine hence why I am escaping the UK to the wonderful Sunny Australia.
