I have nearly a decade of culinary experience. I received my training at the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy in Buenos Aires. In 2021, I had the privilege of joining Martin Berasategui's renowned restaurant Eme Be Garrote in San Sebastian, Spain. Presently, I'm based in Sydney, where I serve as a private chef, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
