I'm an Italian Chef born in Rome and have been living in Melbourne for 9 years, recently became an Australian citizen.

I studied for 5 years at "School of Culinary Art & Hotel Management" and I have 15 years of experience working in Italian and international kitchen of which 9 years here in Melbourne as a Head Chef.

Having always worked in very hectic environments, I would like to devote myself to more intimate situations where I can bring my convivial Italian-ness!

He was absolutely incredible. His service was 10/10! His attention to detail and the way he presented the food was unbelievable and the actual food itself was some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. I was utterly blown away

Giacomo was fantastic! He was attentive and professional but also made the entire experience fun and very special! His menu was superb and the food was absolutely incredible, 10/10! I would highly recommend him!

Amazing overall, arrived on time and well presented, really good communication and exceeded expectations. Food quantity, quality and taste were all perfect. Will defs book again in the futures

We've never had a private chef before so we weren't sure what to expect. What we can say is that Giacomo and Guglielmo exceeded our expectations on all levels; communication pre-booking (to be honest, we'd been let down by a few chefs before), conversation, flavours and textures of the food, service, pack down, generosity of time and portion sizes and importantly the ease at which they made the whole family feel whilst they were in our home and cooking in our kitchen. Two genuinely great chefs with warm personalities and a passion for making sure you're happy with the service they offer. Though I'm sure their other dishes would be equally flavoursome, if they still have these options on the menu when you're booking, I can highly recommend trying the bruschetta, the eggplant & mint polpette and the gnocchi ❤️ I think these two would be great catering for a vast array of events. Anything from one night in with a special someone, to a holiday booking for a group wanting multiple meals a day.
