I am a professionally trained chef with a culinary diploma from the New Zealand Culinary School and a Pastry Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu, where I completed highly respected, internationally recognised programmes that shaped my commitment to excellence and refined culinary technique.

I also hold a Wine Course Certificate, allowing me to expertly recommend wine pairings that enhance and beautifully complement the flavours of every dish I create.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of catering for fine dining restaurants and luxury five-star hotels, where I honed my skills in delivering exceptional flavour, presentation, and service.

My passion for cuisine has taken me around the world — especially to Italy, where I learned to prepare authentic dishes such as Carbonara and Ragù alla Romana under the guidance of a Roman chef. A highlight of my journey was perfecting the classic Tiramisu, a dessert that reflects both tradition and artistry.

Amazing dinner and experience

Chef Juliane cooked for our executive team at an executive retreat. Our team could not stop raving about how incredible and amazing she and her food was. She was extremely attentive and details oriented and we would definitely recommend her to anyone considering her! We look forward to hopefully using her again in the future!
