I'm a chef with 10 years experience in fine dining and 5 star hotels.
I love to cook extravagant tasting menus, convivial family feasts, luxurious leisurely brunches, and fun cocktail snacks for parties. Whatever style of event you choose, you will be nourished by the bountiful harvests of my verdant food forest, and the many seasonal pleasures of local subtropical farms.
I love to cook, especially desserts, layer cakes, baking pizza, pasta, pickling and fermenting.
I am an avid gardener, I grow all my own vegetables and raise chickens in my food forest in the mountains. I will use my own herbs and whatever is in season from my garden.
I am passionate about sustainable cooking. This means low food miles, low waste, and taking any food scraps to my compost heaps.
I have a lot of experience catering to dietary requirements and unique guest requirements. I have worked in a health retreat and have a lot of experience catering to dietary requirements as well as healthy, wholefood and low-tox diets.
I will create sensorial and personal memories, while bringing my experiences working with some of the world's best chefs to your table.
