I am a proud dad, dedicated husband and professional chef. I have worked in several Michelin-Star restaurants across Germany as well as hatted restaurants in Australia.
I started my career in 2014 after successfully finishing my three year apprenticeship. Since then I worked at Villa Merton ** and restaurant Vendôme ***. During that time I grew a lot and refined my skills.
