Michelin-Starred Beginnings: I began my journey at the renowned Teatro alla Scala restaurant in Milan, under the guidance of Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, the first Italian chef to earn three Michelin stars. This prestigious experience laid the foundation for my culinary expertise.
Luxury Hospitality: I honed my skills further at the Belmond Villa San Michele in Florence, a five-star hotel, collaborating with the renowned chef of Enoteca Pinchiorri (three Michelin stars).
Global Expansion: Seeking to broaden my horizons, I spent six years as Chef de Cuisine on a luxurious Silversea cruise ship (six stars), immersing myself in international gourmet culinary techniques.
Leadership and Recognition: I then served as Executive Sous Chef at the Wahldhaus Hotel in Flims (five stars), previously nominated as Switzerland's best hotel.
Driving Culinary Excellence: Following the pandemic, I arrived in Basel and currently lead a highly esteemed and elegant restaurant within The Heritage by Marriott company.
