Vittorio was the best chef we could have asked for. All dishes were amazing and he presented as well as explained everything in great detail. We could have not had a better experience and will definitely book his services again! Best choice!

Vittorio exceeded our expectations. First he came prepared right on time. Then he was very nice to explain the steps he was taking to prepare the menu we had agreed. It was a delight to watch him cook and prepare. And then when everything was ready, we sat down and he was serving us as in a Michelin-star restaurant. Food was delicious and well-presented, menu had roots in his native Puglia Italian region. There was variety in the menu, colors, and smell was fantastic. Vittorio is a brilliant talent that will make strides in the culinary world and I highly recommend him for anyone who appreciates food and the art behind.
