Im a profesional chef with more then 10 years of experience. With Portuguese backgrounds Ive studied culinary in Alicante where I developed most of my skills in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine. After I moved to London where I learnt new methods working in the best French and Caribbean Fine Dining kitchens so specialized in Caribbean Cuisine , whether it is Dominican or West Indian so I have diferent menus and dishes to offer. As it comes to weddings or birthdays; private parties,etc.
