I am a professional caterer(chef) with over 21years cognate experience, I started with a flight catering, where I later attended a culinary school in Lagos Nigeria.
I have worked as a chef with numerous Hotels,eatery,restaurants,on a cruise ship etc. I am a trainer, instructor, and a consultant. I have also train and lecture chef of various levels.
